Amy & Andrew ~ 6.09.12

When Amy and I first met {at a GREAT hipster place known as Central Coffee in Plaza Midwood} little did I know where our journey would take us. Unsure of really what she was looking for in an invitation, we explored several ideas. It came down to a lovely classic invite with ecru linen, ecru satin ribbon and a layer of navy linen. All printed with black raised fonts. It was a beauty and oh so perfect for their day.

From there we worked on a ceremony program, rehearsal dinner place cards and a wonderful masterpiece of a table assignment display for the reception. We loved the table assignments for a number of reasons.  Their simplicity, the green shutters they hung from that were perfect for a wedding at The Vanlandingham Estate and the different shaped cards to add just enough of something special.  All again were printed on an ecru linen stock with black writing.

So where are the pictures of this masterpiece?  Well we couldn't just show you pictures of the printed items now could we....so they are among others taken by their wedding photographer Jenna Thomas of
Red, White & Green.  We do not know her personally as of yet, but we think she was the perfect fit for Amy & Andrews wedding!  You can view more pictures from the wedding here on Jenna's Blog. Or you can visit our Facebook Page for additional photos as well.  We hope you enjoy!!

Thank you Studio SGS Photography for the great photos of the Invite, Program & Place Cards.

Arrrrrrgh Matey!

So as we get caught up with all kinds of wonderfulness since our relocation to Ohio we would first like to bring you another amazingly styled Birthday Party by our dear client Jessica. Captain Troy and his Crew celebrated his third birthday this past August in full Pirate fashion!  It features our Pirate Party Collection which included the invitation, a banner, drink labels, party picks, signage and sooo much more.  A big "X" marked the spot so other little Pirates could find there way.....really there was a big red "X"  on the driveway :) The party was full of treasures, a water slide and even a plank!  Here are just a few...view them all HERE.

THANK YOU Adam Pope Photography for all of the great pictures documenting this special day!

Moving to Ohio!!

September has brought us a lot of things....new vendor friends, amazing new and returning clients, visits from family and most of all a new job for my husband.  We are so excited for him and this new adventure.  His new job has us packing up and moving to the Cleveland, Ohio area in exactly one week.  The movers will be here on Tuesday.  I will be the first to admit that we have moved A LOT over the last six years and moving is not at all fun.  But even with all the stress and backaches it brings we would never have met all of the wonderful people we have along the way.  We are so grateful and are sad to be leaving the Charlotte area, but excited to most of all be much closer to family.  We just want our current clients and those that have recently booked with us to be reassured that even with the move everything will be done in a timely manner and to the highest standards that strive for everyday. With that we would like to say thank you to all those in the Charlotte area for making our time here amazing. And we look forward to continuing to work with those here from afar!!  THANK YOU : )

Here are some quick pics of Cleveland....snow here we come! We apologize for the lack of photo credits...we just quickly pulled these from the internet.

Carolina State of Mind

We did a style shoot a while back...well technically three in one day.  But one of those three was titled Carolina State of Mind.  It was a lovely Nautical theme where for all of the printed materials we used paper bag, yellow, Carolina blue and white card stock.  We printed in a darker navy blue.  The best part of all of the printed items was the added twine that was wrapped around each piece.  It was a great thickness to allow the top pieces to look as though they were floating above the rest. We did an invitation set, thank you signs, menus, a table number and escort cards.  We are very much in love with all of these items!!  You can view the entire album HERE.

Many thanks to the following amazing vendors:

Enjoy!!
